I’m really enjoying the combination of always-on lock screen and the return of lock screen album art.

Trying to restart my walking habit after about a 2-week hiatus. Today I hiked up to “The Cross” that sits on the rim of our valley and affords a nice view of the lake.

Of course really that was just an appetizer for this. LEGO definitely knows how to get me to part with my money this year.

Built this set today. It’s a modern remake of a 1988 Forestmen set.

Via Engiadina, Stage 2: Silvaplana – Celerina. More difficult stage due to the extra ascent and higher altitude. Some really nice high alpine terrain in the second half. 16.3km, 1085m ascent, 5h50m, 18°C ☀️

After 5 years I finally broke down and bought myself a proper Swiss hiking shirt. I wore it for the first time today. It does stay cool and dry quickly, so 👍.

I can’t get over how pretty Lake Silvaplana is, I mean look at that color!

Via Engiadina, Stage 1: Maloja – Silvaplana. Really pretty hike past two lakes and through a couple small Engadine villages. 14km, 668m ascent, 4h11m, 17°C ☀️
