LEGO Quarantine Advent Calendar, Day 34: Space Supply Station, but recolored in gray, blue, and transparent yellow to match the earliest space sets. I’m getting a quarantine mega-base together. I may need a bigger desk.

If I remember correctly, drinking while learning is fine as long as I drink a similar amount at exam time. Or when I wish to recall what I’ve learned. Since this is cooking, I should be just fine.
The great thing about an online course is that you can attend with your favorite beverage. Tonight that’s a margarita. In line with a whole-food, plant-based diet, it’s made with fresh-squeezed lime and sweetened with agave syrup. To reduce sodium I only salted half the rim. 🤣
I am excited to start a 3 month online cooking course tonight. It’s the Forks Over Knives Ultimate Course. Learning how to cook with no oil, no sugar, and no animal products is like learning a new programming language or maybe even like a new programming paradigm. Bring it on!
LEGO Quarantine Advent Calendar, Day 33: Space Supply Station (6930), 1983. The fourth LEGO Space base was smaller with only a single crater plate, an elevated design, and a new color scheme. I quite like this one though, especially the two ground vehicles.

I love that they included a mug because of course there would be coffee in space. I also like that the large computer screen shows the Alpha-1 Rocket Base.

LEGO Quarantine Advent Calendar, Day 31: Beta I Command Base (6970), 1980. The third LEGO Space base spanned two crater plates and included a sizable ship, launching pad, rover, monorail, table, and even two beds.

Pounding the shit out of some bärlauch (ramsons) to make pesto.
