6871-1: Star Patrol Launcher, 1984. Another iteration on the launcher concept. This time with two astronauts, blue ship, and balloon tires.



6846-1: Tri-Star Voyager, 1984. Small blue and white ship with plenty of lasers. Rear white wings lower to release an escape pod.



6824-1: Space Dart I, 1984. This small sleek fighter has thrusters and weapons to spare. First blue astronaut. ❤️ the trans-red antenna on the nose.



Surface Rover reworks in Futuron, Blacktron, M:Tron, and Blacktron II themes.




Some of the more important new parts for 1984. We’ll be seeing these utilized extensively in upcoming sets.

6804-1: Surface Rover, 1984. This little guy is adorable! Very compact build debuts the new space seat, space wing, and rocket thruster parts.

Parts that were new (or new to the Space line) in ‘83. All used to good effect in the ‘83 models. The hinged windscreen will be widely used.
