Athens panorama as seen from the Acropolis

Greece trip, day 2: Acropolis and Parthenon, Temple of the Olympian Zeus, Panathenaic Stadium, and the Acropolis Museum, followed by vegan Greek food for dinner in Plaka.

Greece trip, day 1: Flew to Athens, checked into hotel, walked around Monastiraki, and ate souvlakia. First glimpse of the Acropolis (at night).

This is supposed to be a view of Lake Zürich, but clouds. Still a nice hike up the Albishorn on a damp, drippy Spring morning: 7.7km, 410m ascent, 1h50m, 7°C.

Beautiful hike up the Zugerberg this morning. The remnants of last Thursday’s snow made for a slushy and muddy ascent: 10.7km, 470m ascent, 2h50m, 7°C.

Panorama across the moors atop Zugerberg. Morning hike: 10.2km, 480m ascent, 2h30m, 8°C.

And just like that I’m already into the Easter chocolates!
I for one am enjoying Stack Overflow’s 1 April redesign. 👍👍
I never cease to be amazed at how beautiful the waters of Swiss lakes are, especially in the sunshine. Case in point: Lake Geneva (again).

Flower Clock, Geneva. Spring time!
