This marmot let me get really close. He didn’t seem too bothered by my presence.

Last Sunday we visited the Trübsee on Titlis mountain on a cold, drippy day. Temps were maybe 2°C but the lake and surrounding mountains were gorgeous.

Survived my first morning of the Fall semester of my A2.2 intensive Deutschkurs! (Actually it wasn’t bad as this is my second year of class although I am feeling a bit rusty after having the summer off.)

Tuesday morning hiking group is back for another school year! Today’s hike was up Sattel Hochstuckli: 11km, 3h, 510m ascent, 9°C. I need to get back into hiking shape…

These were the 5 LEGO Space sets from 1999 (all Insectoids). 1999 was the year that LEGO first produced Star Wars sets, and the generic Space theme has never been the same since. There were a few attempts to revive the theme in the 2000’s, but they never got much traction.
